Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe or Kampala
Upon your arrival at the Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed by the tour guide/driver who will help with your luggage into the car and give you a briefing on the safari. You will then be transferred to your hotel for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: H/B
Day 2: Transfer from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park
After your breakfast, you will transfer to Murchison Falls National Park and have a stop at the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for Rhino tracking after lunch, you will continue your drive to Murchison falls driving straight to the top of the falls to witness the beauty of these magnificent falls, enjoy taking lots of pictures. Day 3: Murchison Falls Game drive and Boat ride.
After breakfast, we will drive through the Northern part of the park to view and take pictures of the wildlife. You will then drive back to your lodge and get some time for relaxation before lunch. After lunch takes a two-hour boat cruise to the bottom of the mighty Murchison falls where you will see the rushing water escaping through a narrow gorge forming a great thunder. This is also a great opportunity to see the aquatic wild like the hippos and Nile crocodiles along the riverbanks. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B
Day 4: Murchison falls then transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Wake up to a delicious African breakfast and after transfer to Kibale National Park, drive Southwest through the Albertine Escarpment of the great Western Rift Valley. You will have a lunch stop and then continue your drive to Kibale. Upon your arrival, check into your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest National Park
You will wake up to an early breakfast, the driver will then take you to the park headquarters for the briefing before your chimpanzee experience. After your chimpanzee tracking experience, you will head to the lodge for lunch. Relax and later set out for a hike at Lake Nkuruba to get a perfect view of the crater lakes. Lake Nakuru is also a great area is a great place to view the red colobus monkeys and the black and white colobus monkeys. Meal plan: F/B
Day 6: Transfer from Kibale to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After your morning breakfast, begin your drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park with a lunch stop on the way. Upon your arrival, check into your safari lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B
Day 7: Kibale forest then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After your morning breakfast, proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park following the mystical Rwenzori Mountain Ranges. Upon your arrival, you will have lunch and then set out for the unique 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel into Lake Edward. This cruise passes through the highest concentration of hippos with an excellent platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing. The prolific bird life is colorful and stupendous, with well over 550 resident species. Dinner and Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/Katara lodge. Meal plan: F/B
Day 8: Queen Elizabeth Guided Game drive and a boat ride on Kazinga Channel
You will wake up and have an early morning cup of coffee before setting off for a game drive along the Kasenyi track and Queen’s mile in the park. After a Get back to the lodge for breakfast. After lunch, you will enjoy a two-hour launch trip on the Kazinga Channel for amazing birdlife and a variety of wild animals. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B
Day 9: Chimpanzee trekking in Kyambura Gorge – Ishasha Southern Sector
After breakfast, you will head to Kyambura gorge for an awesome chimpanzee trekking as you spot other primates and birds. Return to the lodge for lunch and after drive through the national park to the Ishasha sector of the Queen Elizabeth National Park in search of the tree-climbing lions and later transfer to Bwindi for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Gorilla trekking Bwindi Forest National Park
Wake up in the home of the mountain gorillas, have an early morning breakfast and transfer, (with your packed lunch) to the briefing point where you will get to learn a little bit about these creatures you will be visiting in the Bwindi Forest. After your experience with the Gorillas, you will return to your lodge, and get some time for relaxation before embarking on an afternoon community walk after which, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Day 11: Bwindi Community walk and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
After your breakfast, you will transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. Drive to Kabale through the beautiful terrain of the rolling hills with a terraced landscape. This is such a beautiful area and it’s commonly referred to as the Switzerland of Africa. Dinner and overnight.

Day 12: Canoeing and Birding on Lake Bunyonyi
After your early morning breakfast, enjoy birding and canoeing activities on Lake Bunyonyi; the deepest and most beautiful lake in Uganda. Return to the lodge for lunch and have a rather relaxed and laid-back afternoon so you can catch up on some rest before the next day’s long-haul journey. Dinner and overnight.

Day 13: Transfer to Land of thousand Hills Rwanda
You will head south over the border to Rwanda after your breakfast, to Volcanoes National Park, another home of the mountain Gorillas. We will have a stop for lunch and continue the journey to Virunga. Enjoy the scenery as we drive down through southwestern Uganda and come into sight of the dramatic Virunga volcanic peaks. Upon arrival, you will check into your safari lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 14: Rwanda Gorilla Tracking Volcanoes National Park
This is yet another day for a beautiful gorilla trekking experience in the Virunga. Expect an early morning and after your breakfast, you will be briefed about these gentle giants you will be spending time with. You will return to your lodge having already had your packed lunch and get some rest. Dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B
Day 15: Golden Monkey trekking and Visiting Dian Fossey
After breakfast, you will take the golden monkeys trek and enjoy the Golden monkey trekking experience as well as get an encounter with lots of bird species. Return to the lodge for Lunch and later after a few minutes of catching your breath, you will visit Dian Fossey’s Grave, a Zoologist that undertook the study of mountain gorillas and later died in Rwanda in 1985. It is an emotional place to visit and has a lot of rich history that will captivate you. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 16: Visiting Gisenyi and Relax on Lake Kivu
After breakfast, we will head to Gisenyi on Lake Kivu for a relaxed day on the beautiful shores, have lunch maybe some fried fish if you may and later head to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B
Day 17: Visit Nyungwe Forest
After breakfast, we will drive to Nyungwe Forest and visit some historical sites, along the lunch en-route. Spend an evening trekking the tea plantation. Dinner and overnight

Day 18: chimpanzee trekking Nyungwe Forest National Park
You will wake up to a delicious breakfast and after you will take a walk through the Nyungwe forest. Nyungwe is one of East Africa’s largest forests, we will be taking the chimpanzee trekking trails and you may encounter monkeys and different bird species. You will return to your lodge for lunch and later you may get to visit a tea factory in the afternoon, provided you are not exhausted. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B
Day 19: Canopy walkway in Nyungwe then transfer to Kigali.
It will be an early morning; we encourage you to get up in time to have all your things packed up and ready to check out after your breakfast to transfer to Kigali.
